2026 - AQS QuiltWeek - Vendor Registration

Welcome to 2026 - AQS QuiltWeek Vendor Registration!

This year, you will be able to register for all 2026 QuiltWeek events using one registration process.
- For vendors only attending one event, you will use the same process, simply disregard the events that do not apply.
- At any point, if you decide to attend additional shows throughout the year, click the link labeled “Already registered?” to add an event or modify your original registration.
If you require more than one booth at a show, or you are a dealer rep for multiple brands, please contact the Vendor Coordinator at vendors@americanquilter.com or click the "Contact Vendor Coordinator" button below for assistance with your registration.
New Vendors: If you have not yet been approved to vend at AQS QuiltWeek, please click "Register Now" and submit the application form. If approved, you will receive an email with instructions to register for your booth(s).
Note for Paducah: If you did not vend in Paducah in 2025, you will not see options for Paducah booths until after the Advance Registration date (August 11, 2025).
- After the Advance Registration date, additional vendors will be accepted in Paducah based on space and product type.
- If you're interested in vending in Paducah and you did not vend there in 2025, email vendors@americanquilter.com for more information.
